Owner - Managing Partner
With over 15 years of experience in the construction and facility services industry, Eder began his journey as the founder of Keen On Klean, a company recognized for its excellence in commercial cleaning and final construction cleaning.
Eder has built strong relationships with project managers and superintendents throughout NE Florida, ensuring seamless coordination, safety, and timely delivery on every project. His leadership is driven by core values of integrity, urgency, accountability, and craftsmanship.
Beyond his professional life, Eder is a proud husband and father of three children, and he finds balance through his love for soccer and golf.
Justin Maryak
Founding Partner
With over 25 years of experience in commercial construction, Justin brings a seasoned perspective shaped by leading operations for a major CM/GC in NE Florida.
Having delivered billions of dollars in projects for a wide range of clients, he's worked alongside hundreds of subcontractors and understands firsthand what separates good from exceptional.
At Gato, Justin applies this insight to elevate the standard—redefining what it means to be a preferred subcontractor and driving the organization toward uncompromising excellence.
